To use or communicate with the Watcher Leejun, you must first link your mind to it via Telepathy. Once connected, you may ask it a question, then engage in a Static Mental Challenge, difficulty 10 Traits (retest with Empathy, Enigmas, or Willpower). Losing this challenge results in the user suffering from one temporary derangement for the remainder of the night, chosen randomly or by the Story Teller.
Regardless of whether you won or lost the challenge, the user receives an answer (provided by the ST). As long as you maintain telepathic contact, you may continue to ask it questions, engaging in the same Static Mental Challenge, however the difficulty increases by 1 Trait for each previous question asked that night, and the user can receive multiple derangements by losing the challenge multiple times.
If someone without this combination attempts to "connect" (i.e. use Telepathy) to it, they automatically receive a one temporary derangement for the remainder of the night, chosen randomly or by the Story Teller, as their unprepared minds reel back from the Watcher Leejun's chaotic and demented inner workings.

Spend a willpower and 1-3 mental traits to activate Watchful Eye for the night. Creating an invisible bubble that extends outward from your body 3 yards per permanent willpower you possess at the time of activation. The size of the bubble may be increased by 5 yard per additional willpower spent at the time of activation. Should the user’s true physical body move further than the distance of the bubble Watchful Eye ends. The user can travel any distance outside of their true physical body without Watchful Eye ending. This would include but isn’t limited to the Disciplines of Dominate: Possession or Auspex: Psychic Projection. Watchful Eye continues to work if the user changes realms. You must be the only one in the bubble at the time of activation. If anyone crosses into the bubble, regardless of the realm they are in, the user of this power is immediately aware. They also receive information on the individual as if using spirit's touch, based on the number of mental traits spent at the time of activation.

MET Mechanics:
This combination discipline is a blend of Protean and Fortitude in response to the past decade's proliferation of Blood Magic. Protean for Gangrel blood's fundamental mastery of many shapes, and Fortitude for the ability to channel willpower in defiance to damage to the physical. Specifically, it is a point-defense against Stone of True Form.
System: Spend 1 Permanent Willpower, reflexively, upon being successfully struck with a Stone of True Form. For the duration of 1 scene, the user of the combo-discipline cannot be forced out of any alternate shape achieved via Protean against their will.
Use of this power is reflexive, and occurs immediately upon being successfully struck with a Stone of True Form. Since a successful hit is required, the stone itself is rendered inert, its power expended. Upon activation, the power lasts for one scene. The power prevents the user from being shifted from any Protean conferred shape-changing effect (Claws, Beast, Mist, etc.) back into his "true form" against his will. Successful hits with multiple stones upon the wielder of the discipline once this power is activated will expend the power of those stones, without effect, for the duration of the scene. Since the discipline is based in Protean, it will not prevent the stone from affecting powers based in Vicissitude, Obtenebration, Thanatosis, etc. (i.e. this is not a defense against offensive Vicissitude, nor will it prevent the stone from neutering Horrid Form, Arms of the Abyss, etc. If the house-rules of a particular game allow "stacking" forms, a successful hit by a Stone of True Form will neuter all but the abilities conferred via Protean.) As with Aegis, if the user of this discipline has expended their temporary Willpower for an evening, they may still expend permanent Willpower to activate this Combo. Likewise, disciplines which prevent the expenditure of temporary Willpower do not prevent use of this power if the wielder has available permanent Willpower.
Allowances: The mental and mystical fortitude required by instruction in the use of this power requires the student to purchase the Merit: Magic Resistance after character creation. Prerequisites of 1 dot each in Meditation and Occult abilities may be required at ST discretion for characters who did not buy Magic Resistance at character creation.

Description: “I know you don’t have to add powdered fang to the metal, but this is how my teacher did it. Besides, it came from a shovel head that decided to have a field day on a school bus.”
System: Kindred are solitary killers, the apex predators of humanity. The use of this power during the creation of a weapon causes it to do an additional level of damage as instinct seems to flow from wielder to weapon, creating an even more perfect killing machine.
A weapon with this power must be used in combat at least once a year or lose the additional level of damage. It will always come up as having been used in a violent act, if Spirit’s Touched.

- The amount of bonus trait gained will change according to the generation.
- Only one Aspect can be active at any time. It will remain active for one scene or hour (whatever lasts longer).

Said to have been developed by a Gargoyle who observed a Ravnos passing wounds inflicted on her body onto an animal ghoul bound to her (see Lore of the Clans page 183), this power allows a Gargoyle to similarly reflect damage into a stone surface which he has recently bled upon, temporarily ‘ghouling’ it in the process. There are rumors of a more potent version of this combination discipline for those Gargoyle who have an established Haven and have dedicated monthly upkeep similar to one upkeep of a Retainer.
System: The power costs one blood point to activate, and must be used as a reflexive action after right after the Gargoyle has soaked what they can already using Viscerticka and Fortitude. The Gargoyle must also have bled (one blood point) upon the stone surface to be used (‘ghouling’ it) in the same night before he passes damage (an attack that causes them to bleed upon an appropriate surface will make this power possible for the next attack weathered). This surface must be within line of sight for this power to work.
They then make an extended static physical challenge, retest Athletics against 8 until they lose, immediately passing one level of taken damage for each success into the chosen surface. As they do so the stone they channel it into will receive physical damage reflective of that which the Gargoyle would have received: for bashing it will crack and crumble, for lethal great tears will slice deeply into the in surface, for aggravated the stone will violently explode away from the combat, for fire the stone will become scorched or even begin melting depending on the quantity of damage taken, and so on.
Requirements and Limits:
• You may only 'ghoul' one stone surface at a time.
• The stone surface needs to be of significant size to House the Gargoyle through their power of Stone Meld.
• Each blood trait spent to 'ghoul' the stone surface allows for the Gargoyle to create a pool of health levels within that stone equal to the Gargoyle's Survival ability rating which they may send their damage through.
• Each stone surface is limited to a single trait of blood to establish this pool.
• Once that pool of health levels are destroyed the surface used is destroyed and may not be used again until its been repaired.
• You may not use other Disciplines to augment the challenges for passing damage to the 'ghouled' stone surface. (Example: Potence for ties or Might.)

While in someone's head, or while they are in yours, you can open the partition in your mind that keeps the Madness Network away from prying minds. They cannot send thoughts, and while this power is active the Malkavian cannot broadcast--only receive incoming bouts of thoughts, feelings, and garbled communication. This comes through the Malkavian as a conduit. The target is not on the Madness Network herself, but receiving input via mental connection with the Malkavian using the power and experience a temporary bout of complete and total madness.
The power costs 1 WP and 1 BP, and requires a mental challenge against your target with Malk Time as a retest. The target can retest/cancel with Psychology. If successful, the Malkavian can force their target to experience the MMN. Any and all derangements the target has become active and they gain the derangement Schizophrenia (assuming they are not already afflicted with such). The Malkavian may choose to supplement this by "slinging" their own derangements, up to a maximum of five (including any the target already has). They cannot add more derangements than their permanent Malk Time rating.
Web Slinging lasts for the scene or one hour, whichever comes first, and for the remainder of the night the target remains under the effects of Schizophrenia as their experience echoes through their mind.
This power can only be learned by Malkavians with access to the Madness Network

Taken From the Malkavian Packet-
This power, once bought, is always active. Whenever someone attempts to use Telepathy or another power to read the mind of the Malkavian he may choose to bid one of his derangements instead of a Mental Trait. In the Challenge to establish telepathy or another power the Malkavian gains a number of bonus Mental Traits equal to the number of derangements (permanent + temporary) that he possesses. Should the Malkavian win the initiator of the power gains the derangement that was bid for the scene/hour in its active form though it may be suppressed as per standard rules.
