Custom Combination Discipline / Technique
Some chronicles allow for their players to develop customized powers for their characters. The following is a compilation of player created custom content in OWBN. At this time, custom content that is created and/or used by vampire PC's is required to be listed.

Description: Those who learn this discipline have dedicated themselves to efficiency, fluidity, and speed of movement. They push themselves to the limit of celerity in order to reach nearly to the levels of their elders.
Mechanics: This combination discipline is always active. An individual with this combination discipline is considered to have one more level of celerity than their sheet describes for the purpose of determining speed of action. For example, a person with Celerity 5 would be considered to have 6 dots of celerity when determining initiative, alacrity actions, or fair escape, etc. This discipline does not grant access to any actual levels of discipline.
