Custom Combination Discipline / Technique

Everybody loves celebrating their own evil. So much, in fact, that villains in movies and comic books are well known for going into detail about all of their evil plans once they have the hero right where they want him. This power brings out that desire to monologue.

 

MET System: Spend 1 Blood. Make a social challenge against your target (retest Intimidation). If successful, spend a number of social traits. For that number of rounds, your target can do nothing but monologue about the plans their "side" has in relation to your "side" (ie the Sabbat has plans to attack Elysium in three weeks using sharks with freaking laser beams). The target cannot divulge information they don't have; only the details they know, but they will go on and on about those details for as long as required by the power. Target can defend normally while under the effects of this power but may not initiate challenges or take any offensive actions. As a reminder, the storyteller should make note of the rounds the effect is in place and signal to the victim of the power when the duration ends.
