While the job of a census taker is to gather information; in reality their job is much more of that of a spy.  They gather any and all intelligence for the needs of the chosen.  Certain Census Takers have crafted this combination discipline as means to subtly gather the intelligence information required of them. 

System:  This power costs 3 blood and 1 Willpower to activate.  For the next scene or an hour the user may extend their senses up to 1,000 feet.  While extended the user of this combination discipline acts if he was in the area himself, though they may not use any other powers through this combination discipline. The vampire sees, hears and senses everything in the area as if he was there himself.

The Passion of the Brujah knows no bounds and even the powers of the ancients can be shaken off by it given the right circumstances. By refining a Heart of Iron in a furnace of fury and passion it comes out the otherside shining and stainless.

System: This power is considered always active once learned. When the wielder of this power is affected by a mind or emotion affecting power or magic that would normally not allow the target an opposed challenge to resist they may expend a mental trait and now may contest the challenge as if it was a normal contested challenge. If the Brujah is successful in shaking off an effect in this way the character is immune to that effect for the rest of the scene. This has no effect on powers that allow an opposed challenge.

MET Mechanics:
By touching the earth and concentrating the user of this power gains an uncanny connection with the ground that gives them the capability to track their prey through vibration much like a spider and its web.
To activate this power the user spends a temporary Willpower, makes skin contact with the ground, and must succeed in a static Mental challenges vs 7 traits, retest with Hunting. If successful the user gains a 100ft tremor sense that moves with him and can track ground based targets that are moving. Stalk the Earth may be used to attempt to pierce Obfuscate or similar powers so long as they are moving. This power cannot tell you who the targets are, but it can let you know the general mass of a moving object in that area and approximately how far away they are. This power may only be used outdoors and immediately ends if the user loses skin contact with the ground or goes inside. This power last a scene or an hour.

Hunting with the eyes of a predator, the Nosferatu lurk in shadows,
watching and learning before they strike.
Spend a full turn studying a target. At the end of the turn, make a
Static Mental Challenge with a difficulty of the target's number of
Mental Traits (more complex targets are harder to read), retested with
Animal Ken. Success adds a level of damage to your attacks against
that target for the scene. This effect may only apply to one target at
a time.

The passion of the Brujah is legendary, whether it is to inspire their allies or dishearten their foes. The Brujah amongst the anarch ranks have much to be passionate against, most of all those that would seek to rule over them. Regardless of their organization, those that would hide behind their status as a shield will soon find it a weapon turned against them. Engage the target in a social challenge, the associated ability for retest is politics. If the target is defeated, for the rest of the scene they are down social traits against the user equal to their status traits. (Max of 5)

MET Mechanics:

Anarchs throughout the world have to deal with a variety of issues. Members of specific Anarch paradigms are aware that stealth is very important when dealing with other factions of kindred. To do so to a greater extent this kindred has found a way to cast while under the effects of obfuscation to make it appear that they are not casting magic.

Mechanics: Spend a blood trait to activate this combo. Once activated for a scene or ten minutes the caster can cast magic upon themselves while under the effects of a mask. Unless someone is attempting to break obfuscate they will not be able to see the casting being done. This power has no effect on any magic that is offensive or targets anyone else beyond the caster herself.

Prerequisites: Iron Heart, Presence 3, Fortitude 5

Description: System: This power lowers the generation of the kindred who possesses it by one for the purposes of defending against Dominate and other powers that require a greater blood potency than the target. This power is defensive in nature and grants no additional benefits. This power also does not work against elder powers, only the basic through advanced levels of Dominate. Additionally, for the expenditure of a willpower point, up to two, the kindred using this power may reflexively lower their effective generation by an additional level for the remainder of the scene. In MET, this power costs 15 exp traits

Spend a blood trait and willpower trait to activate this power and engage your target in a social challenge. 
Your opponent defends normally and Iron Heart will not assist in that defense. 
 
If you win the challenge, your opponent receives the Brujah clan disadvantage for one night. 
If you also spend a temporary willpower before the challenge (this must be announced before the challenge) your target receives the Brujah clan disadvantage for one week; or If you also spend a permanent willpower before the challenge(this must be announced before the challenge), your opponent receives the Brujah clan flaw for one month. 
This power is particularly damaging to those with the Brujah Clan Disadvantage (Traditional Brujah, Kairos and those who take Clan Flaw Brujah)in that it doubles their Brujah Clan Flaw.
 
Note: One must be a Brujah, or have the traditional Brujah clan Disadvantage to learn this discipline. Needless to say that True Brujah, Dispassionate Brujah, Epicene Brujah, or those with Clan Flaw: True Brujah are not capable of learning it under any circumstances (even if they take the traditional clan flaw).

MET Mechanics:

Combining the powers of transformation, a endurance and strength over human, the skin is transformed into pure rock.

MET Mechanics:

Spending 1 blood points and a temporary point of willpower and taking 3 whole turns for the transformation, or shortening a turn for each extra spent blood spot, the skin becomes stiff and looks like stone. Each time the Gangrel receives damage from a source, this damage is reduced by 1, in addition it receives additional physical traits Rugged x2 and Resistant x1. Due to this transformation the Gangrel receives the negative trait Clumsy x1. This power is an obvious mask shatter and can not be used with Protean 4: The Shape of the Beast.

MET Mechanics:
Although most Gangrel are content to seek refuge in the soil, a few have tempered their power with stone-like resilience, allowing them to hide within solid rock. Excavation of such entombed individuals is all but impossible. 
System: This power operates exactly as the Protean 3 power Earth Meld, save that it allows a vampire to sink into stone. Such stone can have been shaped and carved by tools, though it must be a single continuous block or slab large enough to contain the vampire’s mass. If the stone containing the vampire is shattered, the vampire is expelled.

MET Mechanics:

Mechanics: this combo discipline can only be used when you have successfully tested down damage from an attack using fortitude. Spend a temporary willpower to activate for a scene or hour. When you test down damage your skin crackles and arch's with electricity.  Granting the user damage reduction equal to the user levels of fortitude. This power only manifest when fighting the true enemies of the sword (7gen or lower and anyone who is actively under the Auctoritas Ritae Wild Hunt)
