Custom Combination Discipline / Technique
Some chronicles allow for their players to develop customized powers for their characters. The following is a compilation of player created custom content in OWBN. At this time, custom content that is created and/or used by vampire PC's is required to be listed.

This combination discipline was crafted by the followers of the Path of Redemption to give them an aura and look of A Dark Angel. By focusing their beast the vampire sprouts two large angelic wings from their back in a shower of blood and gore. The resulting wings allow them to fly and even protect others with them should they need to.
System: The character with this combination discipline spends 1 blood trait to activate it for the next scene or an hour. During that time the character grows two angelic wings from their back and gain a fly speed of 45 mph. Additionally, they may use this wings to intercept an attack made on another character. If the character with this combination discipline wishes to do so they must expend 1 Survival ability and take the hit that was going to effect the other character. Instead of the original character suffering the repercussions of the attack you do instead.
This combination discipline only works if the character is on Path of Redemption.

If used in combat: While not debilitating sneezes or falls, the Target must bid an additional trait on all challenges while fighting through various pranks.

Technique also requires Yang Prana 4
By combining the resilience of Iron Mountain with the ability of Yang Chi to resist Sunlight, the Kuei-jin becomes able to resist the rotting effects of the Sun to a greater degree. If the Kuei-jin is currently Balanced or Yin Imbalanced, they may spend 1 Yang Trait to resist Sunlight as if they were Imbalanced toward Yang, tolerating indirect sunlight for up to one hour without damage, and tolerating direct sunlight for a number of minutes equal to their Physical Traits. If the Kuei-jin is already Imbalanced toward Yang energy, they double these time limits upon activating this power (Two Hours of indirect sunlight, Physical Traits x2 minutes of direct sunlight).

Met Mechanics
The Nosferatu blessed with False Reflection becomes able to influence all machines and technology when they are under the effects of any their own obfuscate. This power does not turn off it is always on. If the nosferatu is hidden while under Unseen Presence they are truly invisible to detection of any kind or form of machinery or technology. But while under the Mask of a 1000 Faces they can change everything about them. They could sound like and look like Herman Munster or Teddy Roosevelt. Even if they are really are dressed up as a rodeo clown and sound like Mark Twain. All the technology or machinery will just record them as Herman Munster. This will even fool magical devices, weaver tech devices and/or types of technology and machinery.
This also leads to the problem of using technology or machinery. If you are hidden you are hidden from even that. If you are just using mask of a 1000 faces you can use it normally.
System: While using mask of a 1000 faces you only need to spend one mental trait to change your appearance and voice for anyone or any device observing you. All data captured is record as real and not manipulated. This is an improvement to mask of 1000 faces due to the merit false reflection. They can also turn the false reflection merit on and off at the cost of one mental trait.
This power has the ability to fool magical devices, weaver tech devices and/or types of technology and machinery (ST discretion)
Unless false reflection is off, you are invisible to machines while under effects of obfuscate expect for mask of 1000 faces.

Using this power, the vampire sharpens his senses to match the speed of his body, giving him unmatched accuracy and awareness in combat.
Activating Deadeye requires 1 additional blood to be spent when activating Celerity. Once activated, Deadeye lasts for the next scene or hour.
While Deadeye is active, the user may sacrifice a temporary mental trait to gain one additional retest on any challenge involving ranged combat or dodging. The user may only use this retest once per challenge. In addition, the user’s sharpened senses and deadly accuracy allow him to deal 1 additional level of damage with ranged or thrown weapons.

This art developed by the Toreador Antitribu empowers their displays of monstrous to such a degree they become social paragons for a time and all are forced to recognize them. By making a shocking display or form of custming the Thorn extends his emotions and grandeur over a crown and make themselves appear more shocking and horrifying beautiful.
System: The character must make some sort of Grotesque and Monstrous physical display on their person to use this power. Once they do they may spend 1 willpower trait to activate this power the next scene or an hour. During that time the character may add their permanent Torture ability rating in Bonus traits to all Social challenges.

This power, created in light of the leaps and bounds of modern
technology and camera phones, was developed by a Nosferatu Technophile
in hopes to remove the possibility of inevitable breeches as well as
thwart modern technological advances in security. Rather than spending
an Extra Mental when using Mask of 1000 Faces to appear differently on
camera, the User may spend an additional mental while using Unseen
Presence or Vanish from the Mind's Eye to be "invisible" to all forms
of technology. This lasts for the Scene or Hour per Mental spent, and
all standard rules for Obfuscate still apply. The vampire does not
register on motion sensors, cameras, etc. Any form of technology used
to try to perceive the vampire in this time fail.

Spend a Willpower and a variable number of social traits to activate this power. You must make known what the proper rules of decorum are at the beginning of a gathering. Anyone wishing to act against those rules, even if they show up after your announcement, will need to spend a Willpower Trait and beat you in a social challenge. The retest for this challenge is Etiquette. This power remains active for one hour plus one hour per social trait you expended at the time of activation.

Malkavians are notorious for messing with the minds of their victims. This combination discipline was developed by members of the clan to reach into the mind of their victims and flood it with self-doubt and despair. The end result of which makes it nearly impossible for the victim to concentrate or focus.
System: The Malkvian character spends 1 willpower trait to activate this combination discipline. Engage your target in a contested Mental Challenge retested with Empathy. If you succeed the target may only defend in Mental Challenges they engage in (This has no effect on any other type of challenges). If the target wishes to take an aggressive mental action they may spend 1 willpower per action to negate the effect of this combination discipline to do so. This power lasts one scene or an hour.

The Furies are the notorious enemies of Clan Tremere. They view them as the great enemy to exterminate at all costs. By exploring their gifts of Valeren the Salubri Antitribu have learned this technique to aid in their protection against the Blood Magics of the Tremere.
System: The character spends 1 blood trait to activate this power for the next scene or an hour. During that time the character gains a free retest in all challenges to defends against Blood Magic used against them. This retest is not used up upon use, and repeats for the scene or an hour. Though they may not use it more than once in a challenge.
