Premise: After the fall of the Sept of Guardians of the Hearth to the Black Spiral Dancers led by Green Dragon the few survivors fled east out of Ohio. Finding most of West Virginia was corrupted and controlled by agents of the Wyrm they continued to the only uncorrupted part of the state they could find. Word spreads through the Umbra of the plan to make New River Gorge the Bastion for all of Gaia's children who seek a place to call home.
