We may not agree with every decision he makes, as would be the case with any Head Coord, but want to stick with the guy who understands the responsibility and has demonstrated the ability to use it well. Much of what the Exec Team does is quiet communication between games, the success of which isn't blasted all over Council like their comparitively few mistakes. |

| Providence, RI - USA, Hidden Flame | Jessica Karels | This was a tough decision, this year. I think Robert has, on the whole, done an admirable job as HC. While there have been times we've disagreed, I feel it's always been respectful disagreement on both sides. Brian has a solid reputation in the organization, and I think he would do a good job as well. In the end though, Jess' recent demonstrations of ability in finding issues, implementing a solution, and delegating when necessary have been extraordinary. I would like to see her have the opportunity to apply that same enthusiasm and skill to the role of HC. I do thank all three candidates for running, and I can say that I would not see it as a loss for any of these three to prevail. |

Robert has led the org for the last few terms and on the whole we feel he's done a great job.
Brian, as Ventrue coord has been amazing and all of the Ventrue players we have contact with love him in that role.
Jessica is full of fire and energy and has great ideas for which direction to take the org if she wins.
