Custom Merit
Some chronicles allow for their players to develop customized powers for their characters. The following is a compilation of player created custom content in OWBN. At this time, custom content that is created and/or used by vampire PC's is required to be listed.

The touch of the Abyss still lingers upon XXXX after the time that he was merged with his Black Heart Abyss Spirit. After being separated from it by the members of the Order of the Void in an effort to save him from the dark fate he would suffer still being connected to it, he realized there were still remnants of the power of the Banished Black Heart that he still had at his grasp. This Merit permits one to move between Abyss and Skinlands through the expenditure of a Willpower Point. They also receive a free retest in all Obtenebration Discipline and Obtenebration Combination Discipline actions.
This does however come with drawbacks. XXXX is susceptible to potential possession by his Black Heart in the future until it can be fully destroyed. He is down 2 traits on any attempt to resist forceful possession by his Black Heart Abyss Spirit.
