Premise: The Sabbath retreats, returning to isolation in the inhospitable backlands. The Camarilla now finds itself forced to deal with the Giovanni Family and the Anarchist Movement, which has grown in numbers and started to occupy part of the metropolitan region of Recife.
The growing threat of Hunters separated the Elders from their relationship with the younger ones, who were forced to elect leaders from among the not-so-old Kindred who remained in the city.
