[Proposal] [Amendment] Change to Custom Content Notification, Bylaw 7.b.ii

Pursuant to Administrative bylaw 3.A.i, as the CM of Pander's Playground, I, Chase Jelliffe, propose the following change to Character bylaw 7.b.ii:

 

Current Bylaw

1. Disciplines, Combination Disciplines and Discipline Techniques requires Notification to the Coordinator responsible for the Clan/Discipline of the character creating the custom content unless otherwise specified below:

Proposed Change

1. Disciplines, Combination Disciplines, Discipline Techniques, and Merits that give access to abilities that mimic supernatural powers (published merits that give mechanical advantages are not considered mimicking powers) requires Notification to the Coordinator responsible for the Clan/Discipline/Genre of the character creating the custom content unless otherwise specified below:

Reasoning - Council does not want more custom content regulation. This will allow Council and coordinators to see if things like Innate Magical Ability are indeed a problem, and no one has to go through the Coordinator Approval process.
