[PROPOSAL][Objection][AUTOPASS][NO GRANDFATHERING] Non-Metis Men/Male-Identifying-Black Furies

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw §3.C.iii, I, Dora Jay, as Changing Breeds Coordinator, do so propose the following:

Character Bylaw §10.f.ii shall have the following be added to the Character Bylaws. This proposal has the potential to Autopass. 

1. Non-Metis Men/Male-Identifying Black Fury - PC: Disallowed, NPC: Disallowed - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

Under the proposed bylaw restructure currently up for discussion and debate, the above bylaw will nest as follows, 

1. Creature Types

   1. Legend Rank - PC: Disallowed - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

   2. Garou

      1. Abominations - PC: Majority Vote - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

      2. Factions

         1. Ahadi Faction - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

            1. Any Changing Breed from the Ahadi

               1. This includes African versions of the standard Tribes (Mokole-mbembe, Kucha Ekundu, Ajaba, Makunguru, Bubasti, Simba, Swara, etc)

            2. Any Changing Breed that has previously been part of the Ahadi

            3. Any Ahadi Faction Changing Breed requiring a stricter level of approval, such as the Extraordinary Changing Breeds, must still meet those requirements.

         2. Hengeyokai Faction - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

         3. Any Changing Breed from the Beast Courts

            1. This includes Eastern versions of the standard Tribes (Hakken, Khan, Kitsune, Kumo, Nagah, Nezumi, Same-bito, Tengu, Zhong Lungs, etc)

         4. Any Changing Breed that has previously been part of the Beast Courts

         5. Any Hengeyokai Faction Changing Breed requiring a stricter level of approval, such as the Extraordinary Changing Breeds, must still meet those requirements.

      3. Former Erebus Resident - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

      4. Restricted Tribal Affiliations

      5. Non-Metis Men/Male-Identifying Black Fury - PC: Disallowed, NPC: Disallowed - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

Justification and Reasoning

While Changing Ways 20 suggests by some interpretations that Male-Identifying Black Fury Lupus or Homid are rumored to exist as full members of the Black Fury Tribe, the Black Fury player base of OWBN has made it absolutely crystal clear that they do not want this new aspect of the w20 material to be part of their genre period
