[PROPOSAL] [AUTOPASS] Clarification of Perfect Infiltration and the Ventrue-Antitribu

As Ventrue Coordinator, I propose the following Bylaw change in order clarify that the Clan Advantage of the Ventrue-Antitribu is NOT the unassailable Lineage, but the gaining of an extra Status.

I am making this proposal after years of answering this question, and as a nod to the Storytellers who have kept this thread alive in my time as Coord.

This proposal is a change to the OWbN Character Bylaws, Section: 10. Controlled Items, Subsection: l. VAMPIRE CONTROLLED ITEMS:

vii. Perfect Infiltrators
1. Defined as anyone attempting to impersonate/replace/pose as a member of the clan well enough to not arouse suspicion or circumvent Clan Advantages, hierarchy or similar benefits by having a member of a due clan cover for them.
