Do Storytellers, Council, and Coordinators support a group of players being placed under a Binding Agreement to manage their hierarchy and make them accountable to their superiors, as the Beast Court is a more unified and controlled group than the Garou Nation is at this time?

Campinas, SP - Brazil, Império das Cinzas | Yes
Mt. Dora, FL - USA, Mutual Alliance | No | Hard to do this well in an org setting. You need to have the trust to know them personally, which could lead to favoritism or bias in the setting. I don't think there are enough PCs currently to do this either. |
La Crosse, WI - USA, The Rivers Edge | No | Not seeing anything that gives these characters any type of regional authority. Those are the times when Binding agreements are appropriate. |
Iowa City, IA - USA, Fields of Rage | Yes | If we bring in Beast Court material, their hierarchy is more rigid. |

Philadelphia, PA - USA, Honor in the Shadows | No | My game is not fond of BA's, but we understand the theory behind this |
Evansville, IN - USA, Paradise Lost | Yes | Given the exotic shapeshifters involved, an OOC and IC check on their behavior is a good idea. |
Bartow, FL - USA, Polk County Prophecies | Abstain
Cedar Rapids, IA - USA, Five Nights | No | no, this puts too many restrictions on organic and emergent roleplaying. Instead enforce consequences for when they mess up. PC's should be allowed to make mistakes and become the example of a bad example for others to tell stories about. |

Cincinnati, OH - USA, Shadows of Cincinnati | No | Voting as per the ST request for our satellite Werewolf game. |
Cleveland, OH - USA, Heartland Alliance | No | A storytelling staff and coordinator need to maintain a symbiotic relationship. If players involved want to be targets of possible NPCs, the two administrative aspects need to coordinate. Creating a 'binding agreement' leaves too much room for abuse and toe-stepping. |

Kuei-Jin | Yes | I would be very careful to allow a lot of leeway in the agreement. While it "makes sense in genre", you don't want to remove player agency. Plots or PC conflicts should not be solvable by running to daddy, and by the same token, you don't want to heavily restrict what the PCs are able to get up to. Give them as much rope as they want. |
