[BylawRevision] Fixing Laibon Bylaws

 

I, Bruce Lindsay, Anarch Coordinator, Hereby propose the following Bylaw Revision to the current Character Regulation Bylaws

 

Per Coordinator bylaws 3.C.III

iii.Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

 

If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures. Opposition must be in regards to the content of the proposal and must give those reasons why the objection is voiced. This is to allow Coordinator's the opportunity to respond and/or make changes/remove the proposal and its contents.

However, as was passed with all 3 of the Smaller sects and found in 10.L.iii.x.11

So therefore this proposal will be to remove 10.L.ii.66 as it is currently a conflicting regulation. 

 

Several Clan Coords have expressed they are willing to do this as long as they have guidance and are kept informed which is how any Sect Coord should be rolling anyways. 

 

I have a dedicated team of Sub Coords which have labored hard into making a packet governing these characters,. which would be following should this proposal pass. I just can't see them putting more time into it and finalizing it if this proposal does not pass. 

 

Now the big question, 

 

"But their disciplines are so powerful and different?!?" 

 

In the upcoming Packet we talk about how "The lands outside of the Laibon's home lands have some mystical effect, and the powers just don't work the same when they are away. IE they will use our standard rules for powers. So no Visc from a distance, no all powerful Astral Projection with your body, etc etc. 

 

If not objected to, this Proposal may Auto Pass.
