I tend to either strongly agree with Adam (about 80% of the time) or vehemently want to punch him in the mouth (about 20% of the time). :P That said, he consistently follows his conscience, but is exceptionally open to alternatives and changing his mind given suitable evidence or consideration. It's for that reason, more than any other, that I enjoy working with him.
