[R&U BYLAW REVISION] Adding Choir Ranks: Ophanim & Cherubim to Coord Approval; Adding all Blooding Rituals to Coord Approval

Per the Coordinator Bylaws 3Ciii. "Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion."

 

This proposal has the potential to Autopass.

 

The Salubri Coordinator proposes the following change to the R&U Bylaws:

 

G. UNUSUAL: Includes characters that push genre boundaries, or are rare in genre. PC: Coordinator Approval; NPC: Coordinator Approval

b. Non Warrior Salubri to Warrior Salubri

Non Warrior Salubri to Warrior Salubri has been moved under the Salubri Warrior heading for Bylaw cleanup.

 

Blooding Rituals are R&U requiring Coord Approval per the packet, this is simply to have them all listed in the Bylaws rather than referring players and STs to the Packet, and to include any that are PC or NPC made as requiring Coord Approval as well.

 

Ophanim and Cherubim are both ranks that require gaining approval from Coord level NPCs for the appointment, this is simply to have the IC process and the OOC process in line with each other.
