Dubuque, IA - USA, Kingdom of Ashes | Abstain | I do believe that an Org-wide CoC is needed. I am not convinced, however, that this is the right form it should take. |
St. Petersburg, FL - USA, Faces of Change | Abstain
Los Angeles, CA - USA, La Sangre De Los Angeles | Against
São Paulo, SP - Brazil, São Paulo by Night | For

Decatur, IL - USA, The Chaos Within | Against
Tampa, FL - USA, Tampa Bay by Night | Abstain
Philadelphia, PA - USA, Honor in the Shadows | Abstain
Evansville, IN - USA, Paradise Lost | Against | This is absolute Council overreach, full of HR jive talk, and wide open to abuse. |
Cleveland, OH - USA, An Uncertain Destiny | Against | This is a hobby, not a corporation. I'm not subjecting myself, my players, and our personal thoughts/feelings/motivations to the scrutiny of any current or future governing body of this organization. The amount of over-reach here is obscene. |
Cedar Rapids, IA - USA, Five Nights | For

Dayton, OH - USA, Dying Embers | Against
Brasília, DF - Brazil, Pacis Aeternae | Against
Allentown, PA - USA, Steel Valley by Night | Against | Overreach, micromanagement and corporate style governance. New Rochelle, Green Bay, Chicago and Cleveland are right here. To add to it, the best code of conduct we could ever probably use is the base rules in the core MET books, though I think at this point we're mostly adults and can manage the alcohol thing. |
Macon, GA - USA, Stolen Hours | Against
Cincinnati, OH - USA, Shadows of Cincinnati | Against | As much as I appreciate the work done in an attempt to better the org, we disagree with this proposal. |
Rochester, NY - USA, Rochester by Night | Against
Cleveland, OH - USA, Heartland Alliance | Against | Our chronicle does not need a Big Brother rule in place. |
Columbus, OH - USA, Columbus in Darkness | Against
Denver, CO - USA, Front Range Sabbat | Against | No. |
Vitória, ES - Brazil, Blood and Darkness | Against
Portland, ME - USA, Blackened Veins | Against

Lexington, KY - USA, Panders Playground | Against
Pittsburgh, PA - USA, Rage Across Three Rivers | Against
Alto Tietê, SP - Brazil, Sang Royal | For | This Code of Conduct is welcomed and a really necessary action to improve the overall behavior in the org. Although it can be enhanced in the future, it will provide a common ground were people will be able to cultivate a better relationship with other larpers. The discussions in the OWBN administrative field are getting worse day by day, with bad examples of Coordinators and Council Members trying to ridicule/debunk chronicles and individuals who respectfully object to their ideas. The witch hunts are getting way more common too and the censure are of censorship of contradictory ideas seems to have been set as the standard. |
Vale do Paraíba, SP - Brazil, Vale Sangrento | Against
Washington, DC - USA, Shadows on the Mall | Abstain | Awaiting player feeddback |
Phoenix, AZ - USA, Secundus Surrectum | For | I would love to see it implemented in an unbiased fashion. |
Amador, CA - USA, River of Shadows | Against
Kenosha, WI - USA, Memento Mori | For
Los Angeles, CA - USA, Dark Side of the Moon | For
Green Bay, WI - USA, Shattered Dreams | Against | Just my opinion. This is nothing more than a Human Resources ploy/tactic, to control people and organization. Human Resources say that they are there for the employees but in reality they are there for the company. In short, Council is turning into a Human Resource department. We need to stop focusing on more rules and focus more on core issues. IE: What is making players unhappy, what makes players happy and how can we fix that!!! OWBN's back bone is it's strong player base, NOT council. |
Columbus, OH - USA, Wyld Prophets | Against
Bridgewater, MA - USA, Into The Darkness: Sabbat | Against | More council overreach in this. |
Athens, GA - USA, Athens After Dark | Against | The wording of this document as well as it intent while coming from a good place goes to far. It reaches out and attempt to define things the law already deals with, while saying the law takes a front seat. It both acknowledges and ignores the dark nature of ic interaction under its harassment policy in a way that while the spirit is good, the wording is dangerous and open to abuse. |
Gimli, MB - Canada, Sang Nordique | Abstain
Iowa City, IA - USA, L'Ange Noir | Against
St. Augustine, FL - USA, On Haunted Ground | Against | As previously stated, I like the code itself, but there's just too much unnecessary additions in the remaining pages. |
Rohnert Park, CA - USA, Shadows Crossing | For
Ann Arbor, MI - USA, Tower of Broken Glass | Against | See Athens. |
Annapolis, MD - USA, Vitae Aeternus | For
Londrina, PR - Brazil, Blood and Vendetta | Abstain
Springfield, OH - USA, Ohio Knights Sabbat | Abstain
Chicago, IL - USA, New Moon Rising | Against | Serious Over-reach, Micromanage of players and their actions inside and outside of Org activities. not to mention being more strict than some jobs my players have had. Not to mention excessively long. Out of every org, I think this as written at minimum doubles any other related/able org's CoC.

Worcester County, MA - USA, Quabbin | Abstain
Hartford, CT - USA, Dark Colony | Against | Code of Conduct should be wheaton's law |
Vale do Itajaí, SC - Brazil, Fear of the Dark | Abstain
Indianapolis, IN - USA, Past is Prologue | Against
New Rochelle, NY - USA, Seasons of Strange | Against | I have to vote against this because it aims to restrict participation in outside groups that are related to OWBN. In particular it aims to restrict this participation by punishing the participants, which is a wrong and backwards way to go about addressing groups that the administration does not like. |
