I, Jessica Karels, as Head Coordinator, propose the implementation of the following OWBN Disciplinary Policy document. This document will replace Administrative Bylaw 1.G. (Chronicles: Discipline) and Administrative Bylaw 6 (Discipline)

This is nothing more than a Human Resources ploy/tactic, to control people and organization. Human Resources say that they are there for the employees but in reality they are there for the company.
In short, Council is turning into a Human Resource department.
We need to stop focusing on more rules and focus more on core issues. IE: What is making players unhappy, what makes players happy and how can we fix that!!!
OWBN's back bone is it's strong player base, NOT council.
