[Bylaw Change] [Objection] Updating Character Bylaw 7 - Additional Discipline

I propose that the following be added to the Character Regulation Bylaws:

7.A.ii:  Additional In-Clan Disciplines - Any methods used to increase the number of In-Clan Disciplines a vampire possesses beyond what is published the description of the clan or bloodline must follow these guidelines.
   1. The character must select the additional Discipline from the following list.
      a. Animalism
      b. Auspex
      c. Celerity
      d. Dominate
      e. Fortitude
      f. Obfuscate
      g. Potence
      h. Presence
2. The following Merits do not add additional In-Clan Disciplines to a vampire character.
      a. Baali Apostates.
      b. Charactes with the Revenant Disciplines Merit.
3. An Inceptor Discipline gained through the Inceptor Merit is exempt from this Bylaw.

Reason:
The Additional Discipline merit (or 4th In-Clan) is often taken to grant a character various Clan Specific Disciplines.  Rather then create bureaucracy of making each individual discipline R&U, it would be simpler to just remove the ability for this merit to grant a non-Cardinal discipline.

As this is a Character Bylaw addition and not an R&U Bylaw addition, there will be no grandfathering permitted.  Any character wishing to retain their 4th In-Clan, clan specific Discipline will have to propose a Bylaw exception.
