Pursuant to Administrative Bylaw 3.F., as Head Coordinator of OWBN, am issuing a general consensus proposal to implement the changes to the Camarilla Status Packet and our R&U bylaws that are brought forth in the proposal "ADDENDUM TO CAMARILLA STATUS PACKET: Long Term Prince Merit." (http://www.owbn.net/votes/71789), which was approved by Council on June 26, 2012.
