[PROPOSAL] [R&U BYLAW AMMENDMENT] Salubri Lore Restriction

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, the Salubri Coordinator proposes that the current R&U Listing for Coordinator Approval be amended to include Lore: Salubri x1 and above.
Lore: Salubri Antitribu covers the modern nights Clan who are in the Sabbat, that would remain as is. Lore: Salubri should be one of the more difficult Lores to acquire due to the rarity of the original Clan, the fact that their history was predominantly shared orally, and what few texts do remain are closely guarded by those who possess them.
This would go into effect with no grandfathering, however I and my team do not intend to strip the Lore off the sheets of PCs who have gone through sufficient effort to acquire the knowledge.
