[Proposal] R&U for Anarch Lore [Autopass]

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, the Anarch Coordinator proposes that the current R&U Listing for Coordinator Notify (R&U Section 3.G.) be amended to include the following item:

Anarchs possessing Anarch Lore x4

The reason for this, is to go in line with the packet set forth. This tiny infraction was missed in the clean-up/clarifications when the R&U Bylaws changed. 

This proposal will obviously include grandfathering, but upon its pass, we will extend the usual 30 days to all games to notify the Anarch Coord and Arhcivist before any punitive measures are sought.

It's our hope that this can be auto-passed, or general consensus if possible.
