[PROPOSAL] Territory Claim Request for the Ventrue Coordinator [AMENDED]

Team-Ventrue has spent a considerable amount of time researching exactly who the "Elder Princes of Europe" are in order to hopefully cultivate new resources for both Ventrue and Camarilla players. It is our hope to help better define the history of Praxis in Ventrue-specific areas of the world with Princes that are as close to the printed canon material as possible. The following territory claim is the first result of that research.
As was asked for, I added the Camarilla Coordinator to the Joint Approval area in order to signify shared control. Everything else is the same.
Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii.5 states: "Passing new Coordinator Territory before council is considered something that affects multiple chronicles. All Coordinator Territory must be designated either "Approval"Territory or "Notify" Territory in the Proposal. After passing Coordinator Territory of any kind that territory should be added to the Territory List which shall be posted to the OWBN website."
I would propose to add the following areas to the territories claimed and maintained by the Ventrue Coordinator:
Location: The Netherlands
Geographical Specifics of Responsibility*: Entire Country, which includes Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and The Hague

Joint Approval: Ventrue Coordinator, Camarilla Coordinator
General Restriction Level (Default Level unless otherwise noted below): None
Vampire Backgrounds and Actions: None
Changing Breed / Changeling/ Mage Backgrounds and Actions: None
Other Supernatural Backgrounds and Actions: None
Reason - In every canon source which either Holland or cities in the Netherlands (such as Amsterdam) appear, they are under Ventrue Praxis. Specifically, Amsterdam and/or Holland is either under the control of Johannes Castelein or Arjan Voorhies (childe of Castelein). We would like to add these Princes to the OWbN-canon. Additionally, in OWbN, Rotterdam has always been under the OWbN-canon Van Hooves, which the Ventrue team has been actively utilizing. The Hague is necessary for the Society of the Hague.

Reason - According to multiple sources, Copenhagen, Denmark is under the control of Arminta Jorgensdatter, a Ventrue Prince who is listed as being Prince of the domain for a couple hundred years. There was a time that he was not Prince and Rutor (the Tremere) was Prince, but this was likely before Jorgensdatter's reign.
