Ebony Kingdom/Laibon Consolidation [autopass]

Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom and Laibon are the same thing, but are listed separately in the R&U Bylaws.

I propose that the entries "Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom Legacies" and "Laibon" in R&U Bylaw 3.B.i. (Very Rare) be combined into "Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom Legacies/Laibon*"

and that R&U Bylaw 4.L be changed from:

Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom Legacies/Laibon
i. Laibon, Akunanse, Guruhi, Ishtarri, Kinyonyi, Naglopers, Osebo, Shango, Xi Dundu, Mla Watu and Nkulu Zao.

to:

Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom Legacies/Laibon
i. Akunanse, Guruhi, Ishtarri, Kinyonyi, Naglopers, Osebo, Shango, Xi Dundu, Mla Watu and Nkulu Zao.

and that R&U Bylaw 5.A.iii be changed from:

Gangrel: Mariner, Akunanse, Laibon

to:

Gangrel: Mariner, Akunanse
