Removal of Samedi Coordinato​r Position to Giovanni Coordinato​r Control of Samedi

This proposal would seek to remove the position of Samedi Coordinator and remand it to the custody of the closest “full-blood” Clan Coordinator: The Giovanni.

As such is it necessary to not merely correct this in the Coordinator By-Laws, but the Rare and Unusual By-Laws as well and both revisions are included in this proposal.
