Once upon a time, there was a little Solon. He lived in a vast kingdom (since
1996), and in this kingdom there was an OWBN Council. Solon lived for a long
time as a loyal citizen of the kingdom for many years, fighting many battles
under various names. Eventually, Solon came to earn himself a title in one of
the baronies of the kingdom. He ruled over his subjects with evenhandedness,
