I propse that the following be added to Character Regulation Bylaws Section 9.iv
Rogue Hermetic Thaumaturgists
These shall be defined as any non-Tremere that has the Discipline Thaumaturgy. These shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Tremere Coordinator.
