I propose the following changes be made to Character Regulation Bylaws Section 9.b.iv
Add Non-Tzmisce Kolduns to Coord Approval (Section 9.b.iv) placing them under the jurisdiction of the Tzmisce Coordinator. Non-Tzmisce Kolduns already in play under the previous bylaws will be considered grandfathered in for these purposes.
