Treatment of Old Strikes

I propose that all OWbN level strikes given by OWbN prior to February 26, 2003 either:
1. Shall be subject to the restrictions, conditions and duration in effect for strikes at the time the strike was given.

Or

2. Shall be subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth in the new disciplinary bylaws voted in on February 26, 2003, carrying terms of six months.

Or

3. Shall be subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth in the new disciplinary bylaws voted in on February 26, 2003, with an indefinite duration. The strikes may be withdrawn on a vote of Council, and those having received strikes before February 26, 2003 may petition Council through their CM to have their strikes removed once per calendar year.
