Hello all,I propose the following as CM of Fred by Night located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
As FredByNight is the only remaining Canadian game (there once being two), and it is situated in Manitoba and has controlled much of what goes on in the Province as it is.
There is currently is no other game in Manitoba nor any interest of any other game starting up at this point. FredByNight has been governing Mantioba for the past 3 years without any outside interest or attempts from outside the Chronicle to remove our governship. As such we, the ST staff of FredByNight through our CM, wish to claim this territory officially for the Chronicle.
Should another OWbN Chronicle be started in Manitoba, we shall re-evaluate our governship of the Province at that time and defer to the Executive Team of One World By Night for mediation issues that may arise.
We would like then for this to be recorded with the Archivist.
