However too often, ST's will allow a caitiff with one of the non cardinal eight disciplines, then allow the teaching of said discipline to any and all who wish to learn.If we all got to together as st's and said'' sure you can have obtenebration as an in-clan, but you can't teach it ever'' There'd be less need for this type of vote. |
