PROPOSAL
That Articles 2, 4, 6 be removed from the Charter, and placed in the bylaws where they will stay until further amendments to said documents can occur.
Further, that Articles 3 and 8 are one and the same, and should be combined under the new Rare and Unique Bylaw.
That Article 7 be combined under the new Rare and Unique Bylaw.
Finally, that Article 5 be removed from the Charter, and used as the preamble/opening for the new Rare and Unique Bylaw.
