[Administrative Proposal] Removal of R&U Bylaw 2.B.vi.1.b, Mentors and Elder Boons as Noteworthy

This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

I hereby propose that R&U Bylaw 2.B.vi.1.b is removed:

"PCs and NPCs that represent the Elder Boon Merit and the
Mentor Background that falls into the R&U category."

Reason: If a PC or NPC that is an Elder Boon or a Mentor is R&U, they would also need to be be registered under their respective R&U category. If they aren't R&U, why are we tracking this? Given how many PCs have Mentors, I am nearly certain we don't have these all logged as Noteworthy.

Let's leave mentors and elder boon merits up to the STs, and if it involves something that is R&U, then those STs can register what is R&U about it instead of registering the mentor or boon.
