---|---|---|
New York City, NY - USA, Kings of New York | Brian | Marc said he beleives in chronicle sovereignty. |
St. Petersburg, FL - USA, Faces of Change | Abstain | The Staff decided to let the Garou games choose their Coordinator this year. |
Los Angeles, CA - USA, La Sangre De Los Angeles | Brian | |
Saint Paul, MN - USA, Obsidian Towers | Reject | |
Iowa City, IA - USA, Fields of Rage | Brian | Fields of Rage is voting for Brian Goudie. Brian was one of the STs who started our very game. We feel he has a firm grasp on genre. He also facilitates communication between our game and other games that involve Shadow Lord plot. Our communication with many games outside the Midwest has increased many times over thanks to Brian's efforts. We feel he has had a very large part in making our game feel part of a larger organization. Brian has also proven he can write plot that does not have to involve R&U creatures to have deep impact on our game. Our players still speak of several Brian created events as benchmarks they hold the ST staff to to keep game fun and enjoyable. Brian has extensive knowledge of non-Garou games as well, and will make an excellent choice in communicating with the other genres of OWBN. We feel that since Chicacgo has brought up the Genre packets, we have to address them. They are minimal in their impact on games. They only restrict dead camps and define Tribal positions. I encourage others to actually read the packets before they vote based on genre packets being enforceable. Even those who have voted, I encourage you to read the packets if you haven't. |
Berkeley, CA - USA, Wasting the Dawn | Abstain | |
Stockton, CA - USA, Stockton by Night | Brian | |
Milwaukee, WI - USA, Nocturnal Rapture | Marc | |
Tampa, FL - USA, Tampa Bay by Night | Marc | Per Jim Reiner, HST:I have worked with Marc Luthi in the Tampa chronicle closely to help with the marrage of a Garou and Vampire game in one city. It has work extremely well over the past year. I have roleplayed with Brian and enjoyed my experiences with him and feel he too is quite qualified for the position. Tampa does not appreciate Capitol Rage ''flaming'' Marc on a public forum as her vote comments, all comments should be directed to the appropriate list, please. Genre is a guideline, not the be all end all. We hope that all other chronicles will read the positions of both parties and choose their vote based on the positions of the canidates and not heresay. |
Duluth, MN - USA, Thicker than Blood | Abstain | |
Philadelphia, PA - USA, Nusquam | Brian | Our Garou neighbors, the new Philly Garou game, speak highly of him. He has our support |
Chicago, IL - USA, Dark Requiem | Brian | |
Fredericksburg, VA - USA, Caine's Chosen: Liberty in Death | Abstain | As a vampire game, our opinion on this isn't as relavant. But, as a player and outside observer (since logistics have prevented myself from getting involved with our Garou games), I've seen the chaos and disharmony Marc has 'caused amongst the Garou games. But he does write a good app. In the best interests of my game, I'll stick with abstaining. |
Indianapolis, IN - USA, Stars Never Rise | Brian | |
Winona, MN - USA, Winona Dark Haven | Brian | |
Auburn, CA - USA, Lux Tenebras | Abstain | |
Norwalk, CT - USA, Rails of Revolution | Brian | |
Providence, RI - USA, Hidden Flame | Brian | Statements made on council list. I'm sure you've seen them by now. If not, please check real quick and give them a read. Feel free to AIM me at Dicheadal or email me at fiordhraoi'@cox.net if you have any questions. |
Atlanta, GA - USA, Whispers of Atlanta | Marc | Go Marc from Tampa! |
Cleveland, OH - USA, Carpe Noctum | Abstain | |
Winchester, VA: Sins in the Valley | Brian | Both a good player, and Storyteller. Brian has done a great job as a tribal narrator, and I can only see him doing good things for the game and the org. |
Columbus, OH - USA, Columbus in Darkness | Brian | |
Gary, IN - USA, Shattered Souls | Marc | The surrounding Garou chronicles, including our sister chronicle Portage, support Marc Luthie, and we are choosing to back the decision of those games in this genre decision. Additionally, as an ST staff, all three of us are garou players, and we feel that Marc has a more consistant, stable and cohesive view of the genre. He helped to ST at GenCon this year and was very eager to work with the visiting chronicles, players and STs (even when their ideas and opinions were conflicting), and we do not believe the same level of cooperation and respect will be garnered from Brian. |
Springfield, IL - USA, Capitol City Cauldron | Brian | |
Washington, DC - USA, Shadows on the Mall | Brian | Brian has been a voice of common sense, and logic in OWBN for several years.Final decision subject to change based upon ST and player base input. |
Phoenix, AZ - USA, Secundus Surrectum | Brian | |
Kenosha, WI - USA, Memento Mori | Marc | |
Green Bay, WI - USA, Shattered Dreams | Marc | |
Harrisonburg, VA: Death in the Valley | Brian | Our game is currently preparing a statement regarding Marc Luthi to go on the council and ST list. Due to our extensive dealings with him over the last four years, we are STRONGLY AGAINST him as a genre coord. He has proven that his vision of genre is NOT what aligns with the books (he still supports second edition stuff), he has caused huge scenes in our event games, and he has used his NPC, Dusty Morningkill, more like a PC than an NPC. In addition, I have had to redline or ''blur'' incidents every time a PC from our game goes to theirs, including swimming with Rokea, meetings wiht Mokele, meeting with Beast Court Totems and, last February, the killing of a UNIQUE creature - a Zmei. In addition, as Garou Coord, I'd like to encourage people to READ the tribal genre packets. When I was applying for the position last year, I stated I was going to make them. Based on words from STs, we made them fairly vanilla - IE there is very little ''enforcable'' issues within. The biggest are the tribal positions and dead camps. Marc is stating I mis-represented them, when in fact I posted them to the ST list, he helped edit them, and then TOLD the STs on the Garou list they were going before council as genre props. Kenosha, Hidden Flame, Dark Eclipse, Iowa City and Capital Rage all took active part in editing these packets once the tribal narrators initially wrote them up. |
Gimli, MB - Canada, Sang Nordique | Abstain | |
Iowa City, IA - USA, L'Ange Noir | Brian | |
Northern Virginia, VA - USA, Night Falls | Brian | |
Annapolis, MD - USA, Vitae Aeternus | Brian | Yes. Just.. yes. |
Edwardsville, IL - USA, Caught in Eternal Twilight | Abstain | We're letting the Garou games decide. |
Baltimore, MD - USA, Dark Harbor | Brian | |
AHC 1 | Marc | Another tough choice |
AHC 2 | Marc | A very tough decision. |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | Marc | Chicago:Enraged is voting for Marc Luthi based on the following reasons: 1. Genre packets should only be enforcable genre when dictating the duties of tribal positions and other Garou Nation organizational positions. 2. Resource packets, which outlines the general information and history of tribes should assist the STs, but not act as enforceable genre. 3. Based on prior experiences with members of Chicago, Marc Luthi's communication skills are better and more genial. 4. Marc Luthi's view of Genre is more closely alligned with that of Chicago. 5. Interacting with Marc Luthi as Head Coordinator of Changing Breeds would allow Chicago:Enraged to function better as Chronicle within One World by Night. |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | Brian | Nice that all the Garou chronicles like Marc. :) NZ has NO Garou, we do have a country full of Changing breeds however. AS this vote is quite likely to affect us, we think our voice on this is quite valid... |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | Marc | We believe Marc will do a great job as Changing Breeds Coord. It appears that his 5 nominating chronicles were all garou games. |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | Brian | I was asked to let the Garou games decide this issue by Marc Luthi. I could perhaps be persuaded by this argument when the Garou games stop voting on Vampire genre and rule issues. We think Brian would be the better choice in a close race. |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | Marc | This past Gen Con, we asked Marc to help us run our event. Not only did he contribute a fresh perspective to our chronicle, he brought with him many of his players. When speaking with his players, we found that all of his players enjoyed his ST style and Marc as an ST. |
