Personal Statement:

This past year has been one of creation. The Camarilla Coordinator position
was new, it was somewhat unclear where lines were, and aside from general
maintenance and Status issues, there was no actual definition of the position.
I worked very closely with the majority of the Clan Coordinators who run
Justicars, and have nothing but good things to say about the way things were
handled this year. Though I had absolutely no interest in the minutiae of the
Clan Coordinator's work, everyone was very good with keeping me informed and
with the new idea of working with me on grander-scale declarations and such.

I also managed to do a few things myself this past year. With the redefinition
of Red List and Alastor control, I worked with the Sabbat Coordinator to place
a new addition on the Red List and I worked with the Ravnos Coordinator to run
plot relating to the Redlister Danya. Both plots are still active and ongoing,
and though one had a slow start, both are proving fun and engaging for the
players involved (from what I have been told). I hope to continue to foster
these plots this year. Though the Tremere Coordinator gets all the credit for
his Red List plot run this year, I worked with him on that one as well (in a
small capacity).

The Dux Bellorum plot was all Larry, but it has dovetailed nicely in certain
situations with the Redlister Jack the Barber, and there is some overlap in
those two situations that I am looking forward to exploring more fully in the
coming year.

I continued to act in a supporting role to players and STs with Status related
questions (and to a smaller extent, Cam Lore questions), and continued to
monitor Harpy issues via the Harpy Council list (which is run IC by the
players). I believe I have made myself more than available to those with
questions, and will continue to do so this year.

Of course there was more, but that was all pretty much working with individual
STs or Coordinators, and would take too much room to write all out if I did.

Towards the end of my term this year I sent out a letter asking STs and
Council members for feedback. I received plenty of positive feedback, a few
positive constructive criticisms, and no negative comments. I hope this means
that the STs and Council members feel that I did a good job this last term,
and I still encourage anyone to feel free to e-mail me with any concerns or
feedback. I can be reached at owbncamcoord@yahoo.com. I am always willing to
listen and learn.

This term, I wish to accomplish a few things. I would like to fill at least
two more spots, if not all three vacant spots on the Red List. I would like to
see one more PC on the list, but if there are no truly deserving PCs, I would
like to work with a couple Clan Coordinators to see NPCs filling the spots. I
would definitely like one of the spots filled with a Tremere, what with the
most recent death.

I do not want any more Red List plot that involves the death of a Redlister
this year. We have consistently had one or two Redlister deaths for the past
three years, and it's time for a break. I definitely do not want another
Redlister to be killed before some of the open spots are filled. This doesn't
mean we can't have any Redlist related plot...I think that you can find a lot
of fun with a plot that does not have end with someone's death.

I would like to be more involved in the "Retaking of New York" plot, and I
intend to work with the Sabbat Coordinator to put a couple things together for
those PCs already working on the issues.

I would like to wrap up the current plot involving the Redlister Danya, and
perhaps open up new plot stemming from it.

I would like to re-tool the Camarilla Status Packet. While I think the
document is still mostly good and applicable, there are certain things that do
need updating.

I am ready and willing to work with anyone who feels that they would like to
run a Conclave in the near future, but having a Conclave in the next little
while is of course not a necessity :).

I still believe in the things I stated in last year's application - feel free
to take a look at it on the past Council votes page on the website. I would
like to continue to define the role of the Camarilla Coordinator, continue to
work with the Coord team, and continue to work with the players in the
upcoming year.

Thank you for considering my application, and I hope that you give me the
opportunity to be the Camarilla Coordinator for another year! Again, if you
have any questions, feel free to contact me at owbncamcoord@yahoo.com.

Thanks very much for your time,

Amber Kendel
Camarilla Coordinator 2004/2005
