I, Michael Flickinger, CM for Bridgeport propose the following edition to the Character Bylaws:

1. Daitya 3+ - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval
2. Follower of Set / Setite 3 for Non-Setite Bloodlines, Converts or Initiates - PC: Coordinator Notify - NPC: Coordinator Notify
3. Follower of Set / Setite 4+ for Non-Setite Bloodlines, Converts or Initiates - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval

---Reasoning—

Setite lore isn't supposed to be something that is as rampant as it has become. It's proliferation has also had a negative impact upon the genre as well. In addition, this brings Setite lore in line with other clan lores, many of which have stronger regulation. This prop allows legacy so nothing will be removed from players sheets. In addition, I talked with Alex and have his support for this prop. I know similar props have been made in the past for Setite lore and the biggest objections I saw was based upon the level of regulation being too low. So my hope is that increasing the regulation to 3 being Notify and 4+ being Approval solves those objections.
