[AUTOPASS] Character Bylaw Update: Revenant Bloodline: Lilim

I, David Ashby, in my Duties as Giovanni Coordinator of One World by Night propose the following Meta-Plot for the Giovanni Genre. This has the support of Derek Howard as the Tzimisce Coordinator. 

 

3.C.iii.Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

The Lilim are mentioned in the White Wolf Books Giovanni Chronicles 3: The Sun Has Set pg 104 and Cario by Night pg 78. They are a secret project created by the Lamia Bloodline and are clearly a revenant family, as it lists what disciplines they get but aren’t vampires. I have spoken with the Tzimisce coord and he has agreed. As such we are adding them to the owbn bylaws. The Lilim will be further detailed in a future Giovanni Packet, however their disciplines and weakness are as follows:

 

Disciplines: Auspex, Fortitude, Mortis

 

Weakness: Lilim characters start play with the flaw Outspoken Heretic: Cult of Lilith. This flaw may never be permanently removed from the character, nor do they gain any free points at creation for it.

 

Outspoken Heretic (4 points): You hold a belief considered to be heretical by a major religious power, such as the Catholic Church. Unlike others who practice their heresies in secret, you are open about your beliefs. You must constantly face false accusations, harassment from others who fancy themselves true believers, and the denial of hospitality from steadfastly faithful stranger, or those who fear the religious authority. At the Storyteller’s discretion, this can impose a difficulty increase of up to 3 to applicable Social rolls.
