[GENERAL CONSENSUS] Clarification to the Fundraiser XP Spending Restrictions Try 2

I, Chase Jelliffe, as Assistant Head Coordinator, propose the following Amendment to the Fundraiser proposal that was passed in January of 2024.

Spending Restrictions

All approval and awards of experience points from this fundraiser are subject to the approval of the character’s storytelling staff.

This xp may not be used to acquire anything that would require logging, or involvement, by the Archivist team.  To simplify, the xp gained from this fundraiser may not be used for anything falling under the “RNU” category.

All approval and awards of experience points from this fundraiser are subject to the approval of the character’s storytelling staff.

Experience Points gained from the Fundraiser may only be spent on the following:

1. Anything that only requires Storyteller Approval.

2. Anything a Coordinator can approve where the Archivist does not need to be emailed.

3. Anything that has previously been approved and logged before June 1st but not purchased yet.

Experience Points gained from the Fundraiser may not be spent on the following:

1. Items previously purchased which have had their xp refunded but are still eligible for repurchase.
