[OBJECTION] [BYLAWS] [Assamite] Change to Dur-An-Ki Practitioner changing Pantheons

I, Beth C., in my duties as Assamite Coordinator of One World by Night propose the following Character bylaw Change for the Assamite Genre.

3.C.iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC character resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

Ix.10.c. Dur-An-Ki Practitioner changing Pantheons and gaining the mechanical benefits of dedicating to a new Pantheon listed in the Ladder of Heaven packet - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Assamite

Reasoning:  It has been brought to the office’s attention that PCs with Dur-An-Ki can change their Pantheons from the Ladder of Heaven Document at just Storyteller Approval.  This allows characters to change Pantheons frequently which would result in access to several reduced rarities.  This was never the intent of the original authors of that packet, and thus we are simply updating the bylaws to correct this loophole and prevent characters with Dur-An-Ki to get multiple reduced rarities on paths and rituals.
