PROPOSAL

I, Matt Armitage, as Sabbat Coordinator, (and with the support of the Camarilla and Anarch Coordinators) hereby propose the following plot for the Sabbat Genre within One World By Night:

[PLOT DOCUMENT REDACTED]
---

By Law Changes:

10.m.ii.60.m.Marijava – PC Coordinator Approval – NPC: Coordinator Approval – Coordinator: Assamite for Assamite loyal, Sabbat for former Tal’Mahe’Ra

10.m.iii.1.m. Tal’Mahe’Ra – PC: Disallowed – NPC Coordinator Approval – Coordinator: Sabbat

            i. Joining the Tal’Mahe’Ra

            ii. Leaving the Tal’Mahe’Ra

            iii. Khashaptu

            iv. Guarded Rubics

            v. Former Tal’Mahe’Ra Chatterlings -PC: Coordinator Approval – NPC: Coordinator Approval – Coordinator: Sabbat

---

Legacy: All currently existing Tal'Mahe'Ra PCs who leave the Tal'Mahe Ra are allowed to retain the character regulated items  from the Bylaws for the Tal'Mahe'Ra.  Though they may not teach them to others, they are considered Legacy, and thus allowed to retain them.

---

Reasoning:

After two years of attempting to change opinion on the nature and stance of the TMR in the Org, we have decided that what is best to be done is to flip the table and use the TMR to create a fun, engaging, and new plot for the Org that will drastically change the face of the TMR both for its players and for the NPC's.

[PLOT INFORMATION REDACTED]

The Tal'Mahe'Ra will serve as an NPC antagonist group used by the Sabbat office. It is our hope that ST's and even other Coord offices will elect to have NPC's of their own join with this group either as slaves, willing participants, or plants. We want this to become a plot and danger that affects multiple spaces and locations, not just the previous TMR Agents now devoid of their old home.

Whether or not the TMR becomes playable again for PC's will be based on player action and should the PCs succeed in retaking Enoch, the Sabbat Coordinator reserves the right to return the TMR to its playable status.

Note: This plot does not exempt characters from past transgressions. Actions previous, present, and future taken by pcs may still have IC consequences.

We stand ready to field any and all questions, and sincerely are excited for this plot and buy-in from the other ST's and Coord offices of the org. To reiterate, this plot is being proposed with the support of the Camarilla and Anarch Coord offices.
