Hey folks! Marion and I wrote this together;
Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, as the Tremere Coordinator, I, Drew O’Hair, in my duties as said Coordinator, hereby propose the following Bylaw changes..
This proposal carries the potential to autopass.

Anarch Tremere have a pretty big impact on the Anarch genre wherever they end up being. Since they’re meant to be rare enough, I think it’d be a good idea for the Anarch Coord to be able to oversee any of these too. Marion is on board with me for this.
This bylaw change is being propped with no legacy.
All Anarch Tremere will have 60 days to report to either office for review, approval, and an updated BA. (Rogue Tremere who are not Anarch are not included in this requirement.)
The decision to make this prop No Legacy was made because there has been an unequal application of BAs when Anarch Tremere have been approved in the past. This will not only allow the Anarch Coordinator to sign the existing BAs, it will allow for all PCs to be brought up to code and treated equally, and it will give both the Anarch Coordinator and the Tremere Coordinator a chance to familiarize themselves with exactly how many Tremere Anarch are currently in play.
