Hello Council!

I, Jesse Ditty, council member for Zephyr of Darkness am proposing a request for some territory so that we might create a satellite game.
We are requesting Taney County, Stone County, and Barry County Missouri to use for the creation of a Sabbat satellite. Thanks!
