[OWBN-Council] [PROPOSAL][TERRITORY] Buffalo NY for KoNY

, Adam Sartori, CM for Kings of New York Propose the following additional territory for Kings of New York:

City: Buffalo, New York, USA

We have checked and the territory of the city of Buffalo New York is currently unclaimed status quo territory.  We are requesting this city be added to our territory for an upcoming plot we have in the works that is in conjunction with several other games.  We will be claiming the whole city so we may use it in this plot.

I am pretty sure I wrote this proposal correctly. If there are any questions, we will be happy to answer them!  This proposal will need a second!
