I, Adam Sartori, CM of Kings of New York Propose the following change to Character Bylaw 10.m.viii

Additions to 10.m.viii

Bring Them Back (Combi Discipline) - PC: Disallowed - NPC: Disallowed

Rationale:

Kings of of New York does not support a Custom Combination power that gets around character regulation in regards to PCs having access to Elder level Plus powers. This combination Discipline mimics the Elder Protean Power Shape Mastery. As such, we are proposing its ban for use in OWBN by PCs.
