[OWBN-Council] [Proposal] [Bylaws] TT XP allowance

I, Drew Mackenzie, as Council Member for the One World by Night game Whispers of Grady; Propose the addition of the following to the One World by Night Character Bylaws:

3.f. For the purpose of playing with Tabletop Rules instead of MET rules, 1 MET xp equals 2 Tabletop xp.

Reasoning:

There has been talk of desire to play with Tabletop Rules instead of MET rules. To keep characters consistent across both systems an xp conversion is necessary. Based on information provided by Jason Place in previous discussions 1=2 was seen as an appropriate conversion.

This prop is mostly to allow games to playtest if they wish while keeping characters abilities consistent between both systems. TT xp costs are already technically allowed, but characters would end up with half their stuff on their tt sheet vs met.
