Reasoning:
While there are new Packets in the works I would like the current packet to match Bylaws and what is in play.

This is a rough cut and paste to split the old package in two. Some small changes were made for typos and compliance with conclave Council votes and reflecting some changes ICly. We will present two new packets with more changes in the short future.
Este é apenas um copiar e colar grosseiro para dividir o packet antigo em dois. Algumas pequenas mudanças foram feitas por erros de digitação e conformidade com os votos do Council sobre o conclave e refletindo algumas mudanças dentro do jogo. Changelog:
- Malcontents will be unable to hold any Honorary status within the Camarilla except for Honorary Status as a Sovereign Prince if it has been earned. (per bylaw)
- Return the right to strip Acknowledgment back to Princes and members of the Justicariate. (per bylaw)
- Remove limitations on Princes being a Centurion in the Ivory Legion (was never followed)
- Updated Merit list with correct approval for NPCs and PCs
- Removed incorrect note about "Additional Personal Status" Merit permanently raising Status Cap. This contradicts what's listed in the bylaws on the website.
- Changed "Children of Haquim" to "Assamites" per coord request.
- Fixed some minor grammar errors (subject-verb agreement, run on sentence, spelling, etc.)
- Split Societies and Cults into a separate packet. (Note, this is rough cut/paste)

Registro de alterações:
- Malcontentes serão incapazes de manter qualquer status Honorário dentro da Camarilla, exceto o Status Honorário de Príncipe Soberano, se for conquistado. (por bylaws)
- Devolver o direito de retirar o Reconhecimento aos Príncipes e membros da Justicariato. (por bylaws)
- Remova as limitações de Principes serem Centuriões na Ivory Legion (nunca foi seguido)
- Lista de mérito atualizada com aprovação correta para NPCs e PCs
- Removida a nota incorreta sobre o Mérito "Status Pessoal Adicional" aumentando permanentemente o Limite de Status. Isso contradiz o que está listado no Bylaws do site.
- Alterado "Filhos de Haquim" para "Assamitas" por solicitação de coord.
- Corrigidos alguns pequenos erros gramaticais (concordância sujeito-verbo, execução na frase, ortografia, etc.)
- Dividir Sociedades e Cultos em um packet separado. (Observe, isso é apenas um corte/cola bruto)
