[WITHDRAWN][OWBN-Council] [Proposal] Increasing Maintenance Budget for OWBN Server to $2500

I, Danielle Frink, as Head Coordinator, on behalf of the Finance and Web Coordinators and the Executive Team, propose the following change to 5.D.i.:

From:
D. Server Fees
     i. The cost for the maintenance of the server will not exceed $2000.00 USD per year, to be paid as invoices are received.

To:
D. Server fees
     1. The cost for the maintenance of the server will not exceed $2500.00 USD per year, to be paid as invoices are received.

Rationale:

As with everything else in the world, the cost of maintaining our server has increased and will exceed the current cap we have established. So far this year, we have paid out the following for server maintenance:

From January 10, 2021 to November 11, 2021:
Arvixe - $1719.23
Geek Girl Coding - $315.00

We still have November and December's monthly Arvixe payments to come, so our current budget is simply not able to keep up with cost increases.

Please note that this is a separate issue from a website redesign, and simply deals the costs in maintaining the current server.
