[Proposal][Bylaw][Autopass] Salubri Lore Fixing

Hello everyone, 

This proposal is made in accordance with the Coordinator Bylaws, section 3.C. iii. 

Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

I, Zachary Cherry, as Salubri Coordinator, propose the following changes to the Character Bylaws. This proposal has the potential to autopass. 

CHANGE: (10. Controlled Items;  m. Vampire Controlled Items; i. Abilities and Lores)

FROM:

Salubri Lore 3,4,5 - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Salubri Referring to True Salubri, not Salubri Antitribu

TO:

Salubri Lore 3, 4, and 5 - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Salubri

1. Referring to “True” Salubri, not Salubri antitribu.

2. Each level requires separate approval.

Rationale: This changes nothing but formatting. As it was written, I believe it could have only been approved by the “Salubri Referring to True Salubri, not Salubri Antitribu” Coordinator. I also added a clarification, since it’s come up a lot, that being approved for Lore 3 does not approve you for Lore 5. No legacy was included, because no real change was made.
