[Proposal] Coordinator Bylaw addition to Documents duties [Amended] [General Consensus]

I, Danielle Frink, as Head coordinator propose the following addition to the Documents Coordinator duties:

 

Coordinator Bylaw 3.B.ix.1.h.

h. Update the Dark Pack in all current packets whenever the IP owner makes changes to it.

 

Reasoning: Paradox Interactive has updated the Dark Pack and we received no notice. Rather than require everyone to continually check that document, I think our Documents Coordinator team can handle that for us, to make sure the org is not in violation of the current requirements of the IP holder.

 

This has happened recently, and the Documents team will be addressing the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please do not post any of our packets for public consumption. This bylaw addition is to make sure the Documents team has the authority and responsibility to deal with this situation should it arise again.
