Pursuant to bylaw C. iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.
This has the ability to autopass, and may be shared with players. I, Lauren Russ, in my duties as Tremere Coordinator hereby propose the following additions to Character bylaw 10.m.x:

21. Non-Tremere recognized as swearing the Oath and holding rank in the Pyramid (aka: joining House Tremere); PC: Coordinator Approval; NPC: Coordinator Approval; Coordinator: Tremere
a. This includes those who have been accepted as Acolytes into House Tremere without swearing the Oath.
Reasoning: This is a loophole that just needed to be addressed in the bylaws, as this is already the status quo.
